@naefool The thing is, #Starmer's whole career since entering parliament has been a series of cynical lies. The claim that #Corbyn was antisemitic was a cynical lie. The left wing platform on which Starmer campaigned for the leadership was a cynical lie. The election campaign was a cynical lie.

It's not clear whether they were Starmer's cynical lies, or whether he was McSweeney's willing glove-puppet. But now he's lost his puppet master, there's nothing left.

I'm afraid #Corbyn for all his good points has had his day. He carries too much baggage and is still regarded here as a "communist" left-winger, carrying the taint of #Russia. Because of infighting, #YourParty hasn't got off the ground.
Events have now overtaken him and he is now being superceded by #ZackPolanski and the #GreenParty who look to have captured the left ground
