Laut #Bundesregierung fehlen noch Grundlagen wie eine Strategie zur Ressourcenmobilisierung und ein langfristiges Geschäftsmodell.

Deutschland sagte bei COP28 in Dubai 100 Millionen US-Dollar zu und zahlte 92 Millionen Euro aus. Mitte März lagen die Zusagen bei rund 822 Millionen US-Dollar.
