Suggestion for y'all out there. when you pour it into a pan to set it, choose a 1" deep or so disposable #cookiesheet - available at most grocery stores. They're 2 for ~$2.00 - and you can save them from year to year. Line bottom w/#parchment paper.

The exact correct thickness for a very sweet treat. And you get a lot more pieces per batch!
