I'm still finding my feet 👣 after surgery, really wanted to make it to the nature reserve and take some photos but it wasn't to be today 😭. Hopefully I can build up the distance and return to work soon 🤞

Today I slept until quite late. I’ve taken my painkillers so now I wait until my watch tells me to take more antibiotics. I have been taking antibiotics 4 times a day since my first surgery on April 11. The plastic surgeon said to continue until the end of this week. So many pills. I look forward to a time when I can do something other than convalescing.

1) #Convalescing sister managed to climb the stairs to her apartment twice today! 1st time since hospital discharge!
2) Sister’s sick kitty responded to both reunification and more appropriate meds - drank water three times in a couple of hours!
3) Kinda remembered how to drive in a #snowstorm - even though last time was in the 1990s.
