Si j’ai mis beaucoup de temps à sortir ce billet, c’est parce que les mots en C, en politique municipale, sont bien trop nombreux. On peut dire qu’on a l’embarras du Choix de sujets embarrassants… Devrais-je parler du Citoyen, cette bête fantastique qui se trouve au cœur de toutes les préoccupations d’un élu municipal, mais dont les intérêts, les besoins et les motivations restent, tel le Chat de Schrödinger, imprécis jusqu’au moment qu’on se met à les sonder?
