La rue Grenette a été réaménagée en 2025 afin de faire évoluer les conditions de circulation en Presqu’île. Un an après ces changements, près de 90 000 usagers des transports en commun y passent chaque jour, sur un axe devenu structurant pour les bus, mais aussi partagé avec les piétons, les cyclistes et les services de secours.La Métropole de Lyon a annoncé souhaiter une réouverture à la circulation automobile dans cette rue, évolution qui pourrait avoir des conséquences plus larges, notamment sur l’organisation des déplacements en Presqu’île. La Ville de Lyon souhaite aujourd’hui recueillir les retours d’expérience et avis des habitantes et habitants pour nourrir les réflexions à venir.

Après une consultation publique lors de laquelle des centaines de citoyens se sont exprimés, l’idée de poursuivre une piste cyclable sur la rue Hochelaga, comme cela avait été précédemment prévu, a remporté haut la main l’opinion publique, avec plus de 80 % des voix.
