Today I've finally (after years) discovered #termux Android terminal emulator. So far I've been using #connectbot but termux is easier to type on, die to always visible control keys (tab, arrow keys...)

As a bonus, you have a local unix environment at your disposal.

Mam #pytanie do użytkowników którzy używają:
-najnowszego androida na samsungu
-programu #connectbot
-konsoli na #ubuntu

po ostatniej dużej aktualizacji na samsungu, zauważyłem, że niektóre rzeczy głupieją. Obecnie, najbardziej dobija mnie program connectbot, który stwierdził, że kursor zacznie pokazywać niezbyt precyzyjnie i ogólnie układ graficzny zacznie się rozjeżdżać, np w programie MC.

Macie pomysł, jak to naprawić? Kombinowałem chyba godzinę, jak skopiować część plików między dyskami. Częściowo było to związane z mini klawiaturą, ale zepsuty układ, to już nie wina klawiatury.
Obstawiam, że to raczej nie wina ubuntu.

@stefano I pretty much gave up ... yes, I remember how nice my old #Nokia #E71 (a loooong time ago) worked as a terminal.

Nowadays I just have #ConnectBot and #HackersKeyboard installed, it's "okayish" for occassional use, I did fix a few issues ad-hoc on the road, but really only for "emergency"...

Am I missing something or the current state of "#ssh clients for #android that support keys on #yubikey" is very sad?

#ConnectBot does not support it yet.

The only other one I've found is #TermBot, which is unmaintained since 3+ years.

Tips welcome.

¿Alguien por acá ha editado textos con #vi de forma remota a través de un Android y #ConnectBot?

Lo comencé a probar ayer (uso Nano por lo regular) y estaba comenzando a descalificar Vi (en mi mente) por un comportamiento inesperado y desesperante, descrito en la entrada de mi nuevo gemlog:
