Sad that this is more of a nice discourse wrapped around neoliberal policies ("boosting supply, and unlocking investment" = deregulation and subsidies for private investors). I would recommend people to respond the survey, but you need an EU account, which is a little bit a pain in the ass to set up, and since the willingness of the EU Commission to take into account opinions from civil society is ranging somewhere between zero and very little, I don't want anybody to waste their time.
