I’ve been on HRT for about a year now. Part of it is Estrogel, which comes out of the container in metered doses. This last container I got has been acting weird. The first night was fine, but for the past two nights, the doses are random. It comes out as a full dose, a partial dose, or just air. So today I took it back to the pharmacist explaining the problem. Of course, as soon as he pushes the button, the correct dose came out, which meant he started explaining to me how to use the button properly. Dude, I’ve been using this med for a year and have never had this problem. I was not pushing the button incorrectly. So after being condescended at for a bit, I ended up taking the same container home with the caveat that if it malfunctions or runs out, come back for a new one. Oy. So tired of medical people thinking I don’t have a clue just because I have tits. #condescension
