We ran a 1-day Klimateller awareness pilot in THWS mensa, using a complementary currency to encourage climate-friendly food choices. What struck me wasn’t just the higher uptake, but how quickly behavior shifted when incentives were designed differently. It made money feel less like a neutral medium and more like a policy tool embedded in everyday choices. Still thinking about the big question: how do we move from one-day pilots to systems that last?
