What the hell is the deal with people who get on the bus without having their payment ready? They know they're going to need $2.75 in exact change to get on the bus, yet they act like the concept of payment is completely foreign to them. I wouldn't care if it didn't result in the bus sitting there for 10 minutes while said passenger goes through their pockets and bags searching for cash for the fare. And who is still using cash for the bus? Just get the damn app!
