"They were facilities where the 'bad elements of society' were 'concentrated' into one location so they could be easily controlled and would lose access to society and thus could not spread their messages of #resistance against the #BritishEmpire.

"Future generations of Americans—our children and grandchildren—won’t ask us whether #ICE followed civil detention statutes: they’ll want to know why we allowed concentration camps to exist in America at all.

"The Germans adopted the term in 1933 when #Hitler took power and created his first camp for #communists, #socialists, #UnioLleaders, and, by the end of the year, Hitler’s #PoliticalOpponents. They Germanized the phrase into '#Konzentrationslager' and referred to the process of their incarceration as 'protective custody.'

Tak, dle mého názoru (DMN) posunování směrem k Rudým Khmérům a komunistickému vyvlastňování osobního majetku.

"Soud má vycházet například z hrubého nepoměru mezi majetkem a příjmy" -- takže když někdo místo konzumeristického rozhazovačného života si někdo bude šetřit na stáří a žít úsporným životem, protože nevěří DMN scamu jménem státní důchod, nebo chce žít simple life, kreativní nebo ekologický život, tak bude řečeno že má nepoměr mezi majetkem a příjmy a majetek mu bude uloupen?

"řízení se nevede o vině konkrétní osoby, ale pouze o majetku, přičemž se neuplatní zásada presumpce neviny a postačí nižší důkazní standard založený na pravděpodobnosti" -- "evropskou konfiskační směrnici [...]

Budou se rušit nejen peníze (hotovost) zákonem který nepostihuje odmítání hotovosti, ale i osobní majetek, jako za Rudých Khmérů?
