The headliner I worked with last night was a decade younger than me but had been in the biz a decade longer. He gave great advice (without even really realizing it I think.) I always love when the comedy lineup works as a team rather then each one being out for themselves. And I love when the headliner is willing to mentor/let us learn from them.

I’ve been randomly nauseous this past month since my surgery. To the point where I was going to cancel my gigs this weekend.

A pen pal suggested Expecting Amy. It made me realize if she could film a documentary/tour while being that sick, I could too. Especially since I’m not growing a person in my body 😀

Physically it might have been too early to get back on stage. But damn if it wasn’t fun! Full house, met great comics and made people laugh.

Never prejudge a crowd. Sometimes a bar with a dozen audience members in ybe middle of Wisconsin is an amazing show! They’re rowdy and so much fun!
