The only exemptions they do - for #LeadAcid, #LithiumBatteries and even #CombustionEngines with #Fuel - are (motorized) #Wheelchairs, tho said users face a whole stack of even worse #discrimination, as I'm shure @RaulKrauthausen et. al. can tell from personal experience.

• By buying up cheap peak production power from Germany and then selling it back at high demand for a profit.

Granted they do it with #HyroelectricStorage for the most part but electric chemistry can also use that in order to provide renewable alternatives because as much as we don't want to admit it, #batteries ain't gonna save everything and if we want to get rid of #CombustionEngines we also need to find drop-in alternatives to #Diesel that also deliver the same efficiencies and handling as well as storage benefits aka. can be refueled...
