You know most companies, institutions & governments will take years to even admit that #SystematicRacism exists. Then, they all say that they're going to work at making important changes to stop it. Then, they often turn around & hunt for some #BIPOC to tokenize/exploit for PR. Then, they go back to not changing much at all. The systematic racism keeps going.

Public condemnation declarations are basically just PR blowing bollocks when they're declared/repeated without aligning punitive actions.
