Wanted modèle / exemple de bail de colocation sans clause de solidarité.

J'ai besoin de rédiger un bail pour une colocation, sans clause de solidarité (aka, chacun est responsable de sa part).

Problème tous les modèles que je trouve sont des baux solidaires (pas cools du tout pour les locataires).

Est-ce qu'un camarade aurait un exemple sous le coude ?

Le re-pouet défend les droits des locataires.

(NB: J’ai été lâché en rase campagne par mon notaire après 1 mois sans réponse, ils font que du bail solidaire)

PS: C’est pour un aménagement le 10 février. Si jamais un professionnel légal compétent en mesure de faire ça, je suis aussi prêt à payer pour avoir un truc carré.
