Happy that the #pizzadough #pizza recipe is consistently working well and I've stopped experimenting. This is a 72 hour #coldferment dough and as you can see, the crumb is just right, perfectly airy and chewy. Baked on #Pizzasteel in a home oven. Kiddo approved 👍

Wednesday night dough making leads to delicious Saturday night pizza. Picked up some peperoncini from mattachioni for a 🌶️ finishing touch. 👨‍🍳
