First Inuit-led university coming to Canada's Arctic
The first Inuit-led university in Canada, and the first university in the Canadian Arctic, is set to be built in Arviat, Nunavut. The historic project hopes to see its first cohort in 2030. Students will attend courses grounded in Inuit culture, values and language.
