Getting a good tasty cold coffee by just switching out part of the water (I did more than a third, but thats due to ice cube size, a third would be good I guess) with ice cubes to drip on. On my Hario Switch I'm not even messing with the grind size as the immersion part probably fixes that issue nicely. Otherwise go a tad finer.
