Wonderful day on a bike in #twincities riding #tourdeluce. Made it to 6 locations with many other folks. #coffeeonabike thanks to Peace Coffee. Passed #publicart being recreated on the #minneapolis #Greenway . Since I can’t eat much while riding, I saved up my slices for the final stop and took the rest home to share with the family. 46 miles of fun in the sun on a bike. Explored a new-to-me rail-to-trail on the Chippewa River State Trail in Wisconson USA yesterday. Lovely scenery between Durant and Eau Claire along the river and through the trees to town for required #coffeeonabike. It’s “still summer” late fall day so Hawaiian shirt was the jersey of the day. Catch up #BikeTooter part 2. Had to run errand in #minneapolis #MNastodon today so did a “Minnie” ride around the city lakes. Coasted past #bdemakaska (Bde Maka Ska, formerly Lake Calhoun), Lake Harriet (1883!), passed Minnehaha falls (big rabbits in the park these days), crossed the the #mississippiriver to #stpaulmn and then back via the #Greenway. Stopped several times for well earned snacks and #coffeeonabike #twincities @TwinCitiesGeek

Got on my #bicycle for Bridge the Valley ride yesterday in Stillwater #MNastodon . Glorious summer day #cycling along the St. Croix river valley. Still got my #coffeeonabike at the first break spot. Made it up the always challenging climb out from Hudson #wisconsin and passed a old hideaway just before that epic drop down the hill to the Stillwater lift bridge and the finish. Great ride and got several inquiries about my Erie Canal Trail jersey that I wore.

After two weeks out of the saddle, back on the #bicycle today. Too far for legs that haven’t ridden lately, but mostly flat and fortunately not too hot here in #MNastodon today doing a loop to Cannon Falls on [mostly] gravel. River still running high and fast over the dam, #coffeeonabike, Strawberry Rhubarb pie to justify my 50 miles. #BikeTooter #cycling

Riding Ohio to Erie Trail #OTET with friends,self support. #cincinnati north 25 miles the first day. In #xenia today watching thunderstorms around us. Picked the hotest week, 95F with heat idex around 100. It's a ride, not a race. And of course #coffeeonabike #publicart

Took advantage of a warm summer day in #MNastodon and pedaled the back roads (mostly). Passed lakes, planted fields, lot’s of flowers and when I passed through town got #coffeeonabike and checked out some more #publicart. Combined with running errands turned out to be close to 60 KM of riding. Glad I could arrange to have the 25 Kph wind at my back on the way home.
