Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls

Balls:
250 g sweetened coconut flakes
385 (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
Handfull of chopped pecans
Handfull of chopped almonds
Mix all in large bowl.
Form mixture into round balls.

Chocolate coating:
125 g dark chocolate (i use 90% cacao)
1 tablespoon coconut butter
Melt the chocolate and coconut butter in the microwave.

Dip the balls in the chocolate and allow the chocolate to harden. Store covered in refrigerator, or for longer keeping, in the freezer. Thaw before eating.
