Here's a non #oss move from #cockroachdb

1. You can't use CockroachDB in production without a License Key from Cockroach Labs
2. You can't disable telemetry data collection without special permission
3. You can only use it for free in limited development scenarios or during trial periods
4. Any modifications you make must maintain the original license restrictions
