Home again after a 5-day trip to France & Belgium with four of my oldest friends from university.

It was hilarious. We're still the exact same dickheads we were 36 years ago, just older and a bit broken. That didn't stop 3 of them cycling 170 miles or so over three days, including multiple cobbled climbs in Belgium.

One important thing to note though: lads, tell your male friends that you love them. Tell all your friends, but especially the blokes. They need to hear it.

Today I rode the full #GroeneGordelroute around #Brussels and wow, what a fantastic premium track. Excellent signage, wouldn't have needed the GPS. So much green, and wrt #cobbles, peek #Flandern. Fun was had. #Cycling
