Sounds like the spindle motor could be broken.

I'm in contact with the manufacturer,
(Lunyee). They suggested exploring g-code "$36=1."

Those who remember my little project combining #CNC and #3DPrinting... it has been installed and the result is actually pretty good! I like nothing more than having done a practical thing that works.

Bit of clean-up with a nail-sanding-stick. Being careful with both sanding and acetone not to mar the textured ABS surface. I was considering painting the blue sides black, but will leave that decision to the recipient (as also they may well need to do extra sanding depending on fit anyway.) This is to fill in the space around a new car stereo being fitted to an older vehicle. I decided on the hybrid approach because trying to get a good finish on a flat 3D printed surface just kinda sucks (can it be done: I'm sure; do I want to try: nope.)

Finished testing toolpaths on the New Perspectives #Bass kit. Only broke two 0.024” carbide end mills dialing in the feeds and speeds. Next up is processing the hardwood for the final version.
