@Unixbigot I mean, that is a way to do it, just like #sgi #LavaRand [that #ClownFlare stole] (but that one isn't truly random but merely multiple LSFR-Style loops in parallel), but with true randomness.

  • Another option is to use an #LNB (ideally like a C+Ku-Band universal one) and point it at some random point in the sky that isn't the GSO or Sun…

Also no, #LavaRand is just #pseudorandom, because every #Lavalamp has a determineable cycle of blobs it'll form... It's just that that it'll take exact info re: the filling, geometry and used bulb to be able to reconstruct and recreate the loop. But it's a form of #pseudorandomness that is considered "sufficient"... Tho if one uses #CloudFlare they already fucked up #ITsec so hard, they might just not use #SSL at all... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cUUfMeOijg video via @[email protected]

@hkrn which is absurd given how #ClownFlare is the #1 #RogueISP hosting #Cybercrime and refusing to process #AbuseReports!

#CloudFlare

Ah toll, #clownflare ist mal wieder down. Kann meine #EH23 extension nicht registrieren.
@krypt3ia because #ClownFlare is a #RogueISP not better than #CyberBunker nor #RBN, they just are bigger and better peered…

@az @gintoxicating #ClownFlare are only good if you want to host Cybercrime Infrastruture or hatespeech…

  • Because they rarely fire custoners even if they host CSAM, like KiwiFarms has…
@Soblow I mean this file they got sued into publisbing, but now use #ClownFlare to prevent pulling from, so I have to manually add it's contents to my blocklist

@Soblow dot they at least properly designate their #UserAgent as ClaudeBot.

@kevinrenskers Just because everyone does it doesn't mean it's okay.

  • This #US-centric attitude is just wrong!
    • We don't have that #DataBroker bullshit here and certainly noone wants it here eiter!

Seriously, One cannot deploy #ClownFlare in compliance with #GDPR & #BDSG as these are incompatible with the demands of #CloudAct and #CloudFlare is too busiy #bootlicking, so even if they could somehow do a legal construction to avoid that [which would mean they'd have to build a fully independent subsidiary in the EU and GeoIP stuff which isn't even reliable!) they won't!

  • Same goes with all the other #GAFAM garbage:
    • Just because there isn't a #Schrems3 or #Schrems4 court decision doesn't mean it's gonna be safe!

#thxbye #EOD #next

@[email protected] Yeah but who is talking about exporting PII, including IP addresses? Umami doesn't store IP addresses. Not sure if CloudFlare does, but since a huge chunk of websites use CloudFlare and their security rules, pretty sure it's ok. It's not being used to track anyone.
