Just cracked open this beauty from the coast of West Cork, and wow—what a pour.
On the nose, it opens with warm cacao chocolate, toasted oak, and a hint of ripe orchard fruit. The palate follows with creamy vanilla, honeyed sweetness, and a lively spice that gently builds—classic Single Pot Still character with a coastal whisper. The finish is long, silky, and lightly peppered, leaving you wanting another sip.

Rode 100km today and did a loop from my house to #Clonakilty and #Timoleague and back. It was raining for the first 20 miles or so, but then it cleared up and was nice and sunny. I especially enjoyed my time around Timoleague with the nice views of the abby and the surrounding waters. I'll definitely need to make plans to come back soon! #cycling #cork #ireland
