If you have a problem with hot weather and don't want to waste money on air conditioning:

1) Put 14 wet towels or pieces of fabric on coathangers on a clothes rack and direct the fan through them. It is necessary to keep windows open, preferably with a draft, to discard moist air. Cooling power about 300-400 W. Used.
2) Spray the bathroom walls around the bathtub and the bathtub with a shower head and leave the bathroom door open. Used.
3) Freeze PET bottles with water in the freezer and keep them next to you (the heat pump in the refrigerator is used instead of the air conditioning heat pump, not tested)
4) If the roof is flat and you are on the top floor, pour water on it. Cooling capacity on 5x5 m is about 140 kW,but the disadvantage is that the cooling capacity is applied to the outer surface of the roof where it is not as effective as inside. Used.

Pokud máte problém s horkem a nechce se vám plýtvat penězmi za klimatizaci:

1) 14 mokrých ručníků nebo látek na ramínka na stojan na šaty a na to nasměrovat větrák. Je třeba při tom větrat, nejlépe průvanem, aby se odstraňoval vlhký vzduch. Chladicí výkon asi 300-400 W. Používáno.
2) Postříkat sprchou v koupelně stěny kolem vany a vanu a nechat koupelnu otevřenou. Používáno.
3) V mrazáku zmrazit PETky s vodou a ty pak mít blízko sebe (tepelné čerpadlo v ledničce se používá místo tepelného čerpadla klimatizace, nezkoušeno)
4) Pokud je plochá střecha a jsme v posledním patře, tuto polejt vodou. Chladicí výkon asi 140 kW, ale nevýhoda že chladicí výkon je uplatňován na vnějším povrchu střechy kde není tak efektivní jako uvnitř. Používáno.

Tim Lenton (Università di Exeter), in un nuovo articolo su Nature Sustainability, dice una cosa fastidiosa per chi vive di catastrofismo climatico: i punti di svolta funzionano anche al contrario. Si, gli ecosistemi possono rigenerarsi con i feedback giusti.

C'è però un dettaglio che cambia la lettura: per riportare indietro un ecosistema serve sempre più sforzo di quanto ne sia servito a rovinarlo. Siamo pronti?

In a study different #behaviors in #anthosts and #antparasites between populations of each of them were discovered being related i.a. to #temperature and humidity and thus on the effects of #climaticchange, based on these species: the "slave-making ant" #Temnothorax americanus, and its host, the ant Temnothorax longispinosus (#Myrmicinae).

In that context I would be interested in the climate change effects on non-ant parasites and commensals, such as #phoreticmites.
