Those energy efficiency rebates come from EmPOWER. EmPOWER has huge benefits! Cutting it basically reduces bills now and guarantees they'll be higher later. Like cutting Social Security or retirement contributions. You can read more about it here: rmi.org/wp-content/u... #energysky #climatesky
