100 years.
A postcard from the 1920s was shared on FarceBook a couple of days ago. Being local, I wondered what the difference of 100 years would look like.
Here's my interpretation. The old road, running past 3 buildings from 2024 (A pub on the left, and 2 ex-pubs on the right (now houses) and disappearing back into the 1920s on the way down to the river.

There was a lot less traffic then!!

Then and now.
An old 1950s (?) image of Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire brought up to date with the equivalent view in 2023.
I was able to find almost the exact spot where the original was taken from which meant it was fairly straightforward to combine the 2 images in GIMP.
