The High Line

A photography field trip with the Princeton Photo Workshop took me to The High Line and the Vessel at Hudson Yards. Shooting with my Fujifilm X-T2 and Jamie Chance's Urban Chrome film simulation recipe, I explored street photography on the elevated park before heading to the Vessel for silhouette work at sunset.

Neues Spiel und Zeug im Hause Picanez. Fujifilm X half 😅
Eigentlich bin ich kein Freund vom Hochformat, aber für die mobilen Endgeräte ist es ja von Vorteil. Außerdem gefällt mir das Konzept mit den virtuellen Filmrollen. Man weiß dann auch erst hinterher, wenn die Einstellungen Mist waren.

I’m usually not a fan of shooting vertical, but for phones it actually makes sense. Plus I kinda like the whole virtual film roll idea. You only find out afterwards if you totally messed up the settings.
