#Cisnormativity is a structure of privileges, assumptions, and oppression that organizes social power around gender identity where cisgender people (those who identify their gender with the sex they were registered at birth) and ideas are placed at the top above all others.

Degenderize -everything-. Only refer to #gender where you are 100% certain of the gender identity after having asked or been told. There are no gender roles. Cis-women are not the only people who give #birth. Men (cis or not) can get #breastcancer. #Toys and #clothes have no gender orientation. Challenge yourself when you are about to refer to something referencing 'men' or 'women' to find a #genderneutral alternative.

It's not as hard as people think. #BeBetter

Just a reminder that your #AGAB is completely irrelevant to the vast majority of things you might see a doctor for, and when sex is relevant, a doctor who insists on only medically treating you as your AGAB without regard to #TransBiology is dangerous.

#Trans people deserve #healthcare that is not dictated by #patriarchal, #cisnormative, and outdated understanding of biological sex.
