Active, fuel-free transport is more important than ever, so we've partnered with Maribyrnong City Council to create the Adult Bike Ed program.

Attend four sessions to gain confidence in riding, road rules and basic bike maintenance. The program begins next Friday, 24 April, at the Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.

Circular construction in practice: today we presented the new SRU report to Minister Verena Hubertz and Environment Minister Carsten Schneider in Berlin.

At Dreispitzpassage, a former mall is becoming affordable housing—by reusing materials.

Key message: Buildings drive ~1/3 of emissions & resources. Circularity cuts costs, emissions, and dependency.

Das 2-monatliche #Makerstammtisch-Treffen #Leipzig gastierte heute beim Materialbuffet (https://www.materialbuffet.de/), einem Baumarkt für gebrauchte Materialien, der aber auch Makerspace und Experimentierraum sein will.

Nicht nur in Zeiten blockierter Handelswege macht es Sinn, statt Sachen wegzuschmeißen (und dabei u.U. teuer für fachgerechte Entsorgung zahlen zu müssen), lieber sie an solche Orte abgeben. Hier können sie veredelt ein Second Life eingehaucht bekommen.
