Rosemary The SaltyI bought the first of the #CiaphasCain books on audiobook and as a relative newbie to #Warhammer40k I like that it gives more of a ground level look at the world.
It's also funny to me that chuds in the 40k fandom I have encountered through the genral tabletop community are very "No girls allowed" but the main unit in these books is a mixed gender unit.
In Search of a Better WorldI think the #CiaphasCain stories are the perfect visual adaptation for #Warhammer40K. You can have all the #Grimdark happening in the background, but the central character is relatively light to provide contrast, ensure you get the dark humour, and be interesting to the average viewer.
I think if #HenryCavill is serious about being in a #Warhammer40K series on #Prime, then it should totally be a #CiaphasCain series. I would love that. And so would you, Inquisitor Amberley says so (or else).
RyanDay 3 of BL Advent was a nice little Cain story that picks up after the events of the first novel. Made for good lunchtime reading.
