Choosing to say, "YES!" to Jesus' invitation to follow him can be challenging/intimidating ~ our lord, savior & reigning king lived a Perfect life as a man, when he walked this earth. Since EVERY human being is imperfect/prone to sin, following him may seem unattainable.

Jesus doesnt leave us hanging though & Here are but 3 ways he helps us follow him:

▪pray to the FATHER thru Jesus
▪imitate Jesus' life from the gospels
▪Jesus is with U Always

Whether you're curious about what #Christians believe; you're a new believer; you've been Jesus' disciple a long time ~ It helps from time to time to look @ where we are Presently, in how closely we follow him. Some of the basics for answering the invitation to follow Jesus include:

▪worship w/his church
▪hunger/thirst for bible truth
▪yield to HolySpirit's guidance

This isnt an All Inclusive list bc following the Lord Christ Jesus is a life long journey👣

The Lord, Christ Jesus says to ALL, "Come, follow me. " This is a warm & welcoming Invitation extended to EACH of us, directly from Jesus himself. Conversely his words aren't a legalistic command, demanding that we Do this OR ELSE!

There ARE consequences however, to both Choosing to follow Jesus or not to follow him. What can we count on from him when we become Jesus' follower? In a word: #MERCY & who of us does not need caring compassion of our weaknesses?
