We got a random bag of store brand chocolate chip #cookies. They are not great. They remind me of PC’s The Decadent.

Further searching reveals a wide range of positive anecdotes about The Decadent.

Don’t gaslight me internet! I was there. I remember The Decadent. The thin overcooked crunchy as hell garbage that was always a disappointment to find in the pantry.

My reaction to finding out today is National Cookie Day. (To be fair I was going to start on Christmas cookies soon.) These are slightly modified Toll House cookies because I like them a little thinner.
