I know the expression 速战速决/速戰速決 sù zhàn sù jué which means to act promptly, to resolve sth in the shortest time possible, but I saw 速战术决/速戰術決 in my novel. I looked it up, but it doesn’t give any result, so I guess it’s just a typo?

There’s another recurring error in this book, one character’s name is 米雪儿, but her name is periodically written 蜜雪儿. I sometimes even see the two variants in the same paragraph.

I’ve had the word 携带 xiédài (carry, take along) in my Anki for months now, and only today did I realise it’s the same as in Japanese 携帯電話 けいたいでんわ (mobile phone).
Why didn’t I see it sonner?
