We are eating with rice & stir fried Asian greens from our food garden. We dip the fried tilapia fish in soy sauce with chili paste.

Cooking is all done.
I'm heading back to the hospital again in an hour to bring my Uncle more of our foods & spend a couple of hours with him before I start work. My Auntie is meeting me there before I leave. She'll stay with him until I go back this evening. His medical team at VGH have decided it's better to not transfer him to another hospital & to have him stay there to recover. He begins physiotherapy exercises tomorrow morning.

My Mom brought homemade breakfast for my Uncle in VGH, this morning. I'm going to bring him homemade wor wonton soup for his lunch at noon. He'll recover better, eating traditional foods over hospital foods.
