Ik hou van de kleuren en textielen van Latijns Amerika. Ik was jaren geleden en Mexico en daar zag ik iets soortgelijks. Ik vind sowieso de overeenkomsten tussen Peru en Mexico erg boeiend. Ook daar gebruiken ze een luis die op cactussen leeft, de cochinilla, om allerlei pigmenten mee te maken.
