But to my fellow Americans, if you happen to be feeling angry today (and I know many of us are) please try to direct that anger in a productive way. Redouble your investment in your community. Go to a council meeting, volunteer at a food shelter. Check on your neighbors. Take it from a #chicagoan who watched ICE agents tear gas his neighborhood this summer. It helps. If you need someone to listen, I got ears and time.
