Morocco is a Muslim country, so finding a decent cold beer can be a real challenge. Especially in the smaller towns away from the crowds.

But, there is nearly always at least one hole in the wall where you can find a decent brew. In #chefchaouen there is a small hole in the wall called Oum Rabie that sells local & European wine, Casablanca beer plus a range of others

I find Casablanca to be the best, ice cold! Cheers

上次說到舍夫沙萬的零廢棄行動中唯一可看的是一個2023年才發佈、但「還沒執行」的廢棄物處理計畫，這個計畫包含興建一處掩埋場以及一座資源回收中心。咦？……掩埋場……？？？掩埋場符合零廢棄的策略嗎？

廢(棄)物編是第一次知道摩洛哥有個名字這麼難唸的城市——舍夫沙萬，在Google上不搜尋則已，一搜尋就出現一堆OMG的照片，天啊！這個是童話故事裡才會存在的城市吧！舍夫沙萬的別名是「沙漠中的藍色珍珠」、「藍色珍珠」、「藍城」，是一座山城。整個城鎮中的建築物被不同層次的藍色渲染，就像山中的一片湛藍海洋。照片中的美景令人讚嘆，幾乎忘了其實我是要介紹它的零廢棄成就的……（重點誤）。
