I think I'm done with analogue photography. So, at least for me the use of negative films is over.
We now pay prices between 9 and 10 euros per roll for the Kodak Gold 200. And that was originally some kind of a #cheapfilm for which I only paid €8 or €9 in a pack of 3 three to four years ago (at drugstores, discounters etc.)!
Sure, everything will be more expensive But I see these price increases as just greed for money, and I don't support that sort of thing.
Similarly, I will only take photos of the remaining 30 or 40 rolls that still waiting in my fridge.
I think I switch to instant film then for experimental playing or special occasions. Everything else, including the daily snapshots, from now on I'll do digitally only.
It's a shame that the desire for profit is once again triumphing over a creative hobby. I don't feel like doing this.
