I got no replies from email support and couldn't get through on the phone, so I've now called my bank and told them to refund one of payments and cancel the direct debit.

As far as I'm concerned, CPS and SWARCO can fight amongst themselves. I'm fed up with getting inadequate support from companies, and I have better things to do.

Bloody Chargeplace Scotland. They took my money TWICE for the same two charging sessions. I think it's something to do with the switchover to a new payment system, which happened around the same time. I'm sure I'll get a refund, but it's yet another piece of hassle to deal with. More admin. Sigh.

Does anyone know if there's an app that sends you notifications when a specific charger unit becomes available?
Frustrating going between Chargeplace Scotland and Zap Map etc
