#FinishOrFrogalong Finished up the linen #Chanterelle shorts I’ve been making. I’m very satisfied with the way they’ve come together. I love my blue tool for threading waistbands because it’s so much more efficient and less stabby than a safety pin. Finished the waistband with zigzag over stitching, which I hope will prevent the waistband from rolling.

Today’s job: organize my sewing bags to bring only essentials to tomorrow’s sewing class. A pair of linen #Chanterelle shorts and a pair of pants were cut out long ago. I’ll try to start assembling at least one pair, as well as changing the shape of the pants I’ve previously made with this pattern. The upper pants are perfect, but I don’t like the “clown pants” look of the bottom.
