Ex-Brattleboro police officer banned from working in Vermont law enforcement

Chad Emery did not contest the action by the Vermont Criminal Justice Council, agreeing to have his law enforcement certification in the state permanently revoked. The council’s action stems in part from Emery’s domestic assault conviction earlier this year.
