Good gawd. The NBA has got a huge officiating issue/scandal with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

On offense, players get called for one-arm pushoff fouls, whereas SGA can do it with impunity.

It clearly magnifies the officiating inconsistency and special treatment 'stars' receive.

The controversy isn't going away any time soon.

On defense, OKC switches on screens/picks.
My sense is that very few NBA teams do this any more. They're petrified of 'mismatches'. So the on-ball defender either 1) runs behind the screen, allowing the ball handler to take an open jump shot or 2) run around the screen taking himself out of the play and allowing the ballhandler and screener to advance towards the hoop for a likely 2-on-1 shot attempt (often a lob dunk or layup).
