I’ve been listening to this on a loop. Had tried to articulate this several times in the past but she does this so, so much better. Essentially, she explains why the concept of ‘boundaries’ is different for immigrants & communities of colour versus for more established white communities, and the potential harm that comes from not recognizing the difference. #psychotherapy #cdnimm #communication
