A reminder that *perfect* was not a candidate in the last election. The two real choices in that election were between Carney, a reasonable human being, and Pierre Poilievre, a self-serving, perpetually taxpayer funded, power hungry, sycophant.

Not happy with Carney? Fine. But at least be honest enough to realize he's a better choice than what the Conservatives offered: wanna-be cult leader Diet Trump.

Government shouldn't be your boss. In a free society, you own your life, body, and fruits of your labour. The status quo love their red tape but it is time we get back to a society based on consent.

As long as you aren't hitting people or stealing their stuff, the government has no business stopping you. We need a Canada where you don't have to ask for permission to live your life and be prosperous.

Others believed that joining the newly formed Galicia Division of the German army would be more effective because of access to German armaments, munitions and training.”The elder Hunka said he opted for the latter due to his “hatred” of the Russians, who deported a favourite uncle to Siberia and massacred political prisoners before being driven out by the Germans. He said he never participated in or witnessed any war crimes, but said as a schoolboy he heard about nazi massacres of Jews from his village.

In the weeks after 9-11, with air travel grounded over most of North America, there was an amazing natural experiment. Within days weather patterns over the entire continent changed due reduced high-altitude exhaust.

#HSR is so much cheaper we can all travel more often, and further, if we want to, as quickly as air travel. #Trains & #rail are made here, not there.
