Since I've been evaporated before Wirecard folded, I'd like to know if anyone knows any prepaid debit card that one can get that works in-store and doesn't require any "KYC" / "ID" bs?

  • PaySafeCard doesn't to this day, but a VISA/MasterCard is sadly a necessity in many places.
  • Obviously it doesn't have to be a reloadable one, tho that's a plus.
  • It needs to be purchaseable for cash and/or Monero.
  • it needs to function globally.
  • It needs to be an actual card.
    • I know where to get a VCC for XMR that works online!

I mean, everyone knew Wirecard was proped up by both BND & CIA to enshure their agents' liquidity in the field.

  • Wjy else would the former head of Wirecard USA brag to the Head if Safkhet Capital that they issued prepaid cards with $100k preloaded?

#cc @iam >>
