Today walking tour to the top of the Mt. Chasseral (1604 meters above sea level / JN37MD) with the radio to have some very friendly QSO‘s. Today with the CRT Alpha N radio and a telescopic antenna (It works better without radial (counterpoise)) this time, guess because if the metal case of the radio).

Gibt es hier zufällig jemanden, der back in the days (insert banjo music here) Packet Radio über CB-Funk (HAM ist auch ok) auf einem Amiga, ATARI ST oder irgendeinem 8bit-System gemacht hat?

Insbesondere würde mich interessieren, wie man die Baycom-Modems, die damals sehr populär im CB-Funk waren, an solchen Maschinen zum Laufen bringt. Ich hatte das damals an einem PC unter DOS.

Ich bereite einen Talk dafür vor und brauche noch ein paar Einblicke.
