Day 27 - Today’s prompt in the #disneyboundingdiscord challenge is “Greg Bounds”. It is based on a comedy short and is basically any Disneybound that is a bit extra obscure, that only just us ultra nerds would recognize without assistance. We both went for a couple lesser known characters from A Goofy Movie. Jeanine is one of Powerline’s backup dancers from the concert at the end of the movie and I was this unnamed girl in the background who is a fan of Lester’s Possum Park Possum Posse Jamboree.

#disneyboundchallenge Day 15- Comfort Characters One of our favorite comfort shows to watch when we are feeling down or just don’t want to have to really use our brains is Star Wars Young Jedi Adventures. It may be made for little kids but IMO it holds up well if you’re an older Star Wars fan too. I appreciate how gentle & wholesome the show is (I need something soft to balance out the heavy impending Andor season 2 feels). Lys with her purple hair and adorable little blue Nubs are unsurprisingly two of our favorite characters and since they matched our hair color we knew we had to dress as them for today’s prompt. They even visit Batuu in the show so it seemed fitting that we brought them to Batuu West on our recent Disneyland trip. 💜🩵

While there are lots of great Pixar movies to choose from, I have always had a soft spot for the Pixar shorts that they used to always pair before the films. So we chose to dress up as Bambino & the stars from one of my favorite shorts La Luna. La Luna was also the directorial debut for Enrico Casarosa who later went on to direct one of my favorite full length Pixar films Luca.
