It's a traditional cake from Tuscany 🇮🇹 , it's vegan and it's #glutenfree

Ingredients:
➡️ chestnut flour
➡️ sugar
➡️ extra-virgin olive oil
➡️ water
➡️ pine nuts
➡️ raisins
➡️ walnuts

The traditional #recipe includes rosemary dried leaves but I prefer it without.
